A review of your Mission Statement, and how your organization and constituencies can better serve your mission, will set a path for growth. We work to understand the unique nature, culture and history of each institution we serve. Our approach balances sensitivity to individuals with institutional necessity.
We will help determine future needs in order for you to increase capacity, expand and update facilities, better utilize staff, more effectively communicate your vision, and sharpen efficiencies.
We can work collaboratively over a period of months with committees, or we can finish the entire plan in a one-weekend retreat. We understand the importance of a Strategic Plan to the health of institutions, and we know that individuals make institutions work.
Our goal is to ensure that the plan is dynamic. The ultimate success of a strategic plan is its ability to be implemented -- on time. We work to develop:
- Clearly defined and measurable strategies.
- Timeframe for implementing strategies.
- Necessary allocation of resources (human and financial capital, physical and technological resources).
- Specific responsibilities and timeline for following up progress.
